What is the return/exchange policy? Have no fear! Let us help you!

Things happen, we get it! By no means do we expect you to be unhappy with our first-class product. But for whatever reason you need to return or exchange, tell us! We will refund it to you in the way you paid! Just keep it in the original package. If it’s damaged, that’s no good! In order to help us help you, send it back to us in the condition in which we sent it to you! We take great care and pride in our product so please please help us out here! Otherwise, we won’t be able to complete this process with you. And we don’t want that to happen! We love our customers and work hard to connect with you all, so there’s no need to deal with the manufacture whatsoever! Just send it back to us with the return and address and shipping label we will most gladly send to you! WARNING: make sure your decision is well thought out to return your items, because unfortunately there is return shipping costs involved. So, weigh the pros and cons. If you decide to say goodbye, we will continue to strive to give you the best customer service experience possible! You have 15 days to deliberate. Be mindful of this, wonderful people. If you surpass this time frame there is nothing we can do past this point! But do not be dismayed! Along with your receipt or proof of purchase all will go smoothly! Regular priced items are included in the return and exchange policy. However, sale items are final sale, and, along with gift cards, are non-refundable. Sorry all! But no worries, we are sure you will love whatever you order!  

 

Refunds: Lets Talk Money!

Not only will we email you as soon as we have received your returns, but we will email you to let you know if the condition of the products fulfills our return policy requirements! We work with you every step of the way!

If your items pass inspection, your original form of payment will be sent back to you in no time, whether it be card or other forms of payment! Be mindful that sometimes, partial refunds happen depending on circumstances. Remember when we said do unto others as you’d have them do unto you? If you send us damaged goods, returns exceed 30 days after we send it to you, no original packaging or missing parts, we will be sad! So, don’t do that! But we will let you know when that happens!

 

Exchanges 

Hear ye hear ye! Want to exchange for something else? No problem! Let me tell you how to do it! Don’t forget you receipt or proof you bought it! Perfect condition and original package are a must so don’t hurt it! Don’t forget, we are happy to have your business and want you to keep coming back! So skip the middle man and deal with us directly instead of the manufacturer. We’ll give you our info and shipping label so don’t stress it! Like we said before, shipping cost will be at your expense and will be deducted automatically from your return amount. We are honest and fair! So sale items eligible for exchange will be matched dollar for dollar that you bought it for! Our goal is to find you the perfect items which compliment you!

  

Time Time Time! How Long Do I Have To Wait for My Money? Late or Missing Refunds

 There is no perfect process for this because others are involved. The problem is not always with us! So here are some places you can look to get your money honey! If your money is slow going coming home to you, check your bank account again to make sure you’re not missing anything! If that still doesn’t work, talk to your credit card company because time takes time so it may be a while before your refund is posted. If all else fails, talk to your bank! There is usually processing time before your money comes back! But what if I do ALL this and it still doesn’t work? Well well well, we will not let you down! Talk to us! Gift Returns

    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

Don’t forget, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you!  If you get a refund, contingent on the refund type the cost of the prepaid return shipping label MAY be deducted from your refund. Please read some more in the Refund, Exchange and Store credit sections above for more details. Listen, initial shipping costs are non-refundable so don’t let that surprise you! If you live far away, your returns may take more time! We’d love to give you a guaranteed time frame but alas, we cannot. But have no fear, if it takes a while, it’s probably due to the distance between us and you! If you live closer, it will probably take less time. So don’t stress it!
